Your VPS server will be added to a custom–built monitoring software system and the moment there’s a trace of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be informed automatically.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your data is very important – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Administration Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. Last but not least the backups will be kept on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux VPS Package, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration on your part. This is when our Administration Services option can come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting duties – it means that you will be able to basically employ one of our experienced server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of app whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him resolve an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and is an extra feature for the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
